Privacy information

This is an independent property marketing and enquiry page for Mövenpick Residences Dubai Motor City. It is not an official Mövenpick, Accor or CITYVIEW website. Project enquiries are handled by Modar Alloush at Will & Rich and Wael Handous.

Information collected

If you submit the form, the site stores your name, phone number, property interest, consent choices, submission time, campaign source and landing page. Campaign information may include GCLID and UTM parameters from the page URL.

How it is used

The site owner stores enquiries for project follow-up. A scheduled check emails new enquiry details to Modar Alloush at Will & Rich and Wael Handous, currently once per hour. Delivery and response times may vary. Instant notifications and transfer into a production lead management system are not active yet. Optional analytics and conversion tags run only after you consent and only if the relevant account IDs are configured.

Interactive tour

The project film is served from this site. CITYVIEW’s 3D tour loads from 3MD Twin only after you choose to open it. That provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. No form details are sent to the tour.

Access, contact and retention

Enquiries are stored in the site’s private database for review by the site owner. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, email modar.alloush@willandrich.ae or waelhandous@gmail.com. A fixed automatic deletion period is not configured yet.
